1. Guests are subject to a background check and must have a current ID. Expired ID will not be accepted.
  2. In-person registration must be completed during business hours Monday - Friday 9a.m. to 5p.m. Check-out is anytime before 11:00 a.m. to avoid paying a daily rate. No refunds on early departures or unexpected events.
  3. Rent must be paid by 11:00 a.m. on the due date. If rent is not paid by 11:00 a.m. on the due date, you will be charged $35 late fee per day. Partial payments will not be accepted.
  4. Rate includes two people. A penalty of $100 per person will be applied if the occupancy rule is violated without approval from the office and additional fees have been paid.
  5. RVs older than 2014 will need a current picture for management approval and must not have a A/C window unit attached.
  6. Children are to be supervised at all times.
  7. Lot must be clean at all times including under, around, & behind your RV. Leaving trash outside is never acceptable.
  8. Water connections should not leak & sewage connections must have an elbow connection with a fitted adapter to prevent leakage.
  9. Pets must be on a leash at all times & guest are responsible for picking up after pet. There is a max of two non-aggressive breeds. Approval of pets is required before move-in.
  10. Disturbance is prohibited 24/7 and will not be tolerated. Please respect your neighbor's privacy & property.
  11. No parking or driving across unoccupied lots. Visitors must park in visitor's parking at all times and not in vacant lots.
  12. Speed limit is 5 mph throughout the RV Park.
  13. Do not bring any additional vehicles, utility trailers, atv, canoes, etc without notifying the office and additional storage fee has been paid.
  14. Do not wash cars or RVs in the park. Remodeling of RVs must be completed outside of the RV Park. Repairs on vehicles must be completed outside of the RV Park.
  15. No illegal drugs or illegal firearms are allowed on the property.
  16. Storage units are not allowed.
  17. Hanging clothes, tarps, or any items on the fence, RV, or around the lot is prohibited. Canopies are not allowed.
  18. Frequent visitors of guest are subject to a criminal background check.
  19. Only two visitors per lot will be allowed to fish & must be accompanied by guest.
  20. Do not trim the trees. Notify the office and the situation will be handled in a timely manner. If the trees are trimmed without consent, you will be charged a fee.
  21. Damaged caused by guest, family of guest or guests visitor is the responsibility of guest including but not limited too trees, meters, and connections.
  22. Management has the right to request for anyone to vacate their lot for not respecting and violating the rules without a refund of any prepaid fees.
  23. Our guests are not allowed to receive mail or packages sent to the RV Park address. All mail will be returned to sender.
